1．Personal Information

If our company receives a request from a user as described in the previous section and determines that it is necessary to respond to the request, we will correct the personal information in question without delay.

8．Suspension of Use of Personal Information, etc.

If the Company is requested by the individual to suspend or delete the use of their personal information (hereinafter referred to as “suspension of use, etc.”) on the grounds that the personal information is being used for purposes that go beyond the scope of the intended use or that it was obtained by wrongful means, the Company will conduct the necessary investigation without delay.
If it is determined that it is necessary to respond to the request based on the results of the investigation in the preceding paragraph, the use of the personal information in question will be suspended without delay.
When we have suspended use, etc. based on the provisions of the preceding paragraph, or when we have made a decision not to suspend use, etc., we will notify the user of this without delay.
Notwithstanding the preceding two paragraphs, if there are cases where there are significant costs involved in suspending use, etc., or other cases where it is difficult to suspend use, etc., and if there are alternative measures that can be taken to protect the rights and interests of users, then these alternative measures shall be taken.

The contents of this policy may be changed without notifying users, except in cases where laws and regulations or other matters specified in this policy require otherwise.
